The Scuolatennis.it Hub Tornei circuit is open to all players regularly registered with the Italian Tennis and Padel Federation (FITP). Tournaments are held mainly in Bolzano at affiliated facilities. Participation is governed by these regulations and those of the FITP. The standard format features a group stage followed by a knock-out draw. The maximum number of players per group is 5. All group-stage players advance to the main draw. Registration is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the entry fee within the established deadlines.
The standard scoring format for the circuit is the super tie-break to 10 points with a killer point at 9-9. This means that when the score reaches 9-9, the next point determines the game winner. Matches are played as a single set in this format. Scoring rules can be configured for individual circuits, categories, or specific tournaments. In case of withdrawal or walkover, the withdrawing player receives 0 points for the match. Results are automatically registered by the platform upon match completion.
Ranking points are awarded exclusively based on the final bracket placement. The group stage does not award ranking points but determines seeding in the draw. The points system is configurable by category and circuit. During an active tournament, a live (provisional) ranking exists that updates in real time after each match. The official ranking is frozen only when the administrator confirms tournament closure. Any manual adjustments are always recorded in the audit log to ensure transparency. Historical rankings remain publicly accessible.
All participants are required to behave respectfully towards opponents, referees, spectators, and staff. Any form of unsportsmanlike conduct, insults, or inappropriate behaviour may result in a warning or disqualification from the tournament and circuit. Players are responsible for arriving punctually for their matches. A delay of more than 15 minutes without prior notice is considered a walkover. Players must respect the facilities and equipment provided. Any damage must be reported immediately to staff. Results must be accurately submitted via the platform or by the authorised player.
In case of disputes regarding results or match conduct, the parties must report the issue to tournament staff immediately. Disputes must be reported within 30 minutes of match completion. Tournament staff have the authority to cancel or modify a result in case of an obvious error. All staff decisions are final during the tournament. Formal appeals may be submitted to circuit administration within 48 hours of tournament end. The circuit administration has the final say on all matters not covered by these regulations.
